Outgoing Resident Checklist

Instructions for outgoing Residents:

Prior to moving out of your address at Mallard Place please complete the following steps:

All Outgoing Residents
- Return your Pool Keyfob to Louise/Nigel at 95 Mallard Place.
- Return any Pontoon Key to Jon at 72 Mallard Place.
- Leave your Green (visitor) and Red (resident) Parking Disc(s) in the property for the next resident – your landlord will be charged if they are lost.
- Regular waste should be removed from site or bagged and placed in the appropriate bin in your nearest bin room.
- Remove all large unwanted items from site – do not leave large items in common areas or bin rooms.
- Do not leave bin bags in any common areas.
- Notify RIPA of your move using the Outgoing Resident Form – we will check your account and ensure your personal details are deleted from our systems.
- Please remove yourself from the WhatsApp Community (but do say goodbye first!).

Outgoing Owners
- Do not cancel your Direct Debit until your receive notification to do so from RIPA Residents Society.
