and 57 Apartments designed by SPAN developments. As such it is a development of high architectural

merit and a conservation area.

The development also incorporates 32 mooring sites, swimming pool, parking and gardens.

As the development is now circa 40 years old consideration needs to be given as to how the building

services may be modernised and / or replaced in a sustainable fashion. A plan for the future is therefore

required for these works, accommodating the architectural and conservation area
