Planned Maintenance Report - 2017 to 2026

Mallard Place buildings need to be properly maintained to avoid decay and deterioration. A long-term planned maintenance programme (PMP)/CapEx plan will provides RIPA with a prioritised schedule of works and associated expenditure. This helps RIPA allocate resources more effectively, minimising the risk of reactive and costly repairs.
